Day by day,
as we go on our way,
let’s keep in thought,
these four shorts
Life is short
“It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away” (James 4:14).
Death is sure
“And it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews 9:27).
Sin’s the cause
“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned”
(Romans 5:12).
Christ the cure
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).
To live for Christ, is a great priviledge.
